Sauteed Shrimp Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb shrimp (fresh or frozen)
1 teaspoon margarine
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon parsley, fresh chopped
Preparation

Shell shrimp.
Melt margarine in non-stick skillet.
Add garlic and shrimp.
Saute for 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
Sprinkle on Parmesan and parsley.
