Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
1 egg
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons onions, grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
nutmeg
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients in bowl, mixing well.
Shape into small balls.
Brown meatballs in a small amount of oil in skillet.
Place on serving dish.
Mix butter, milk, soup, sour cream and lemon-pepper in saucepan.
Bring to boil, mixing well.
Pour over hot meatballs.
Serve with rice.
