Curried Egg Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
    4 slices reduced-sodium bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
    1 1/2 tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon curry powder
    6 tablespoons mayonnaise
    8 slices bread
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients. Chill for 4 hours to let flavors combine, if you thought ahead. I don't always do that :-( Spread on 4 slices of bread, and top with remaining 4 slices.
