Kiwi Fruit French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices stale toasted bread
    2 kiwi fruits, finely sliced
    unsalted butter, softened
    1 cup milk
    1 egg
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 teaspoon vegetable oil
    white sugar
    Greek yogurt, to serve
Preparation
    Method:
    Preheat oven to 170\u00b0C.
    Butter bread on one side and make sandwiches with kiwifruit.
    Whisk up milk, egg, vanilla and cinnamon.
    Heat oil and a knob of butter in a heavy-based frypan.
    Dunk sandwiches in milk on both sides, to coat well, and fry until brown on both sides. T.
    hen place in oven and cook about 3 minutes Turn over, sprinkle with a little sugar and cook for another 3 minutes.
    Cut sandwiches in half and serve with a dollop of yoghurt on the side.
