Masterful Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup dry bread cubes (about 2 thick slices of white bread)
    1 cup milk
    1 1/2 lbs ground beef
    1/2 lb ground lean pork (unseasoned)
    2 beaten eggs
    1/3 cup grated onion
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 dash black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon sage
    Prepared Topping
    3 tablespoons brown sugar
    1/4 cup ketchup
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    1 dash nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    In a large bowl soak bread crumbs in milk.
    Add beef, pork, eggs, onion, salt, pepper and sage.
    Mix well with your hands and pat into a 9x13 loaf pan.
    In a separate bowl mix together brown sugar, ketchup, dry mustard, and nutmeg. Pour over meat loaf.
    Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until lightly browned and a butter knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    If you have a meat thermometer, the internal temperature should be 180 degrees.
    Serve with baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, baked beans or green beans.
