Healthy Pizza Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs extra lean ground beef
1 1/2 cups onions, chopped
1 cup green pepper, chopped
2 cups spaghetti sauce
2 tablespoons Italian spices
8 ounces turkey pepperoni, chopped
2 cups low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded (can substitute mozzerella)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Crust
3 egg whites
1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened
Preparation

Filling:Brown ground beef, onion and peppers in a large frying pan.
Add sauce and spices.
Pour into a greased 9x13-inch casserole pan.
Arrange pepperoni slices over beef mixture.
Cover with mozzarella.
Crust:Beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff.
In another bowl, beat the egg yolks, Splenda, salt, garlic powder and cream cheese with a mixer until smooth.
Gradually fold the yolk mixture into the egg whites being careful not to deflate the whites.
Pour over cheese.
Smooth top.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered at 400\u00b0F for 20 minutes.
Let cool for 5-10 minutes.
Serve.
