Vitality Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 cup oatmeal
1 egg
1 cup evaporated milk
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 cup chili sauce
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place meat in large mixing bowl.
Mince onion and parsley and add to meat.
Add rest of ingredients and mix together thoroughly.
Place mixture in oblong baking dish and shape into loaf.
Cover loaf with additional chili sauce.
Bake meatloaf in oven for 1 hours.
