Pommery Mustard Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup creme fraiche
    1/4 cup grainy mustard
    1/4 cup ricotta cheese
    1 tablespoon soft fresh goat cheese
    1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme
    1/2 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
    1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Bring to room temperature before serving.
