Charleston Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs or 2 Egg Beaters egg substitute
    1/2 cup self rising flour
    1 1/3 cups Splenda sugar substitute
    1/2 cup butter
    2 cups milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    8 ounces coconut
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350; mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 10\" pie plate bake for 45 minutes.
    DO NOT OVERBAKE.
    Store in fridge.
