Circle Eggplant With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    200 g sour cream
    3 tablespoons mayonnaise
    6 slices eggplants (thick slices)
    1 cup parsley
    25 green olives
    6 slices white bread flour
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Mix the sour cream with mayonnaise.
    Cut the bread to circles. spread the sour cream mixture on breads.
    Brown the eggplant in olive oil.
    Put it over the bread. Spread over it with sour cream mixture.
    Add the parsley and slice olive.
