Vicki'S Shrimp Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    4 garlic cloves, crushed
    1/4 cup sun-dried tomato, chopped
    1/4 cup roasted red pepper, chopped
    1 lb shrimp, shelled
    1/2 cup white wine
    1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    3 tablespoons butter
    4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 lb spaghetti
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in a skillet over med heat. Saute garlic for 2 mins, add sun dried tomatoes and red peppers and saute for a furthur 5 minutes.
    Add wine and cook until reduced , about 5 minutes.
    Add shrimp and saute until just pink about 3 minutes.
    Add red pepper, lemon juice and butter, when the butter is melted add the cream and parmesan. Simmer until warmed through and serve over your favourite pasta.
