Dijon Pork Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb ground pork
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons nonfat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped onions
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 kaiser rolls, split
Preparation

Combine the pork, mustard, mayonnaise, onion, pepper and salt. Shape into 4 burgers.
Preheat the grill and spray with cooking spray.
Grill the patties for 7-8 minutes or until fully cooked. Serve on Kaiser rolls.
