Hummingbird Cake With Orange Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups flour
    2 cups sugar
    3/4 cup vegetable oil
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    2 bananas, mashed
    1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    2 large eggs
    1 cup chopped chopped maraschino cherry
    1 (1 lb) box powdered sugar
    8 ounces cream cheese
    6 tablespoons butter
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 tablespoon rice milk
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
    preheat oven to 325.
    grease and flour three 8 inch round cake pans.
    in a large micing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, oil, pecans,bananas, pineapple, cherries, vanilla, cinnamon and eggs.
    stir well until batter is smooth.
    pour teh batter into prepared pansbake for 28 minutes until the tops springback cool for ten minutes then loosen, introvert into a wire rack.
    to make the icing mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, butter, orangejuice, vanilla and rice milk with electric mixer until smooth.
    Ice cake and sprinkle pecans on top.
