1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup margarine
1 cup cooking oil
1 large egg
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 cup Rice Krispies
1 cup grated coconut
1 cup quick oatmeal (raw)
3 1/2 cups flour
Preparation

Mix in order given. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12-15 minutes.
