Beef And Cabbage Stuffed Pig Stomach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pig stomach, cleaned
2 lbs sausage
1 lb hamburger
2 1/2 cups potatoes, diced
3 cups cabbage, shredded
1 onion
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except the stomach.
Fill stomach with mixture.
Bake for 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
