Cherry Cheesescake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c.graham crackers
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
cream cheese, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp vanilla, 5 eggs, 8 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp flour, 1 1/4 c granulated sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven 450 degrees for 8 minutes, then reduce heat to 200 degrees for 1 hour,then turn off oven leave cheesecake in oven for another 30 minutes,Then open oven for 15 minutes take cheesecake out and cool for 1-2 hours refrigerate overnight.
Top with your favorite topping.
