Potatoe Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cups potatoes, diced
    5 cups water
    4 teaspoons chicken bouillon
    2 cups onions, chopped
    1/2 cup celery, chopped
    1/2 cup carrot, grated
    1/2 cup butter
    2 teaspoons salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1 cup ham, cubed
    12 ounces evaporated milk
    3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Add the first 10 ingredients to a crock pot and cook on High for 7 hours.
    Add the milk and parsley and cook 30-60 minutes longer on low until thoroughly heated.
    Serve.
