Extra Turkey Broth For Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 turkey neck, heart & gizzards
    1/4 cup onion, chopped
    1/4 cup celery, chopped
    3 -4 cups water
    1 tablespoon parsley, dried
    1 tablespoon oregano, dried
    1 teaspoon thyme, dried
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cracked pepper
Preparation
    combine all ingredients in a large dutch oven and bring to a boil.
    reduce heat and simmer for approximately 45 minutes to an 1 hour.
    strain well.
