Provolone Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup risotto rice (Arborio rice)
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
2 1/2 tablespoons basil, fresh,chopped
6 ounces provolone cheese, grated
salt and pepper
Preparation

Bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil.
Add the rice.
Reduce the heat and cook until tender (about 20 minutes).
Drain.
Return to the pan and toss in the remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Serve warm.
