Yummie Chinese Sundaes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups chicken, cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces
2 cups chicken broth
4 tablespoons cornstarch, mixed with 4 t cold water
1 cup carrot, sliced
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
cooked rice, hot
Topping Suggestions
chopped tomato
chopped green onion
green pepper
coconut
celery
pineapple
chopped peanuts
chow mein noodles
Preparation

Combine all ingredients (except chicken pieces, rice and toppings). Bring to a boil to thicken.
Add chicken.
Serve over hot rice. Serve with options on the side.
