Huevos A La Mexicana - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 medium sized tomatoes, washed and diced
1/4 onion, finely chopped
1 -2 serrano pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon oil
salt
Preparation

Melt the butter with the oil in a deep skillet, add the onion and the peppers and saute until the onion is translucent.
Add the tomato and the eggs, stirring constantly to prevent sticking until the eggs are done.
Season to taste with salt.
