Miso Chicken Donburi - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 onion
1 carrot (3/4 inches worth)
1/2 green bell pepper
1 1/2 ounces ground chicken
1 1/2 tablespoons miso
1 tablespoon sake
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 tablespoon cooking oil
Preparation

Mince the onion, carrot and green pepper.
Cook the chicken in hot oil until well done. Stir in the onion and carrot.
add the green pepper. Stir in the miso, sake and 2 tablespoons water. Cook, stirring for 2-3 minutes.
