Breakfast Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground pork
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    white pepper
    1 teaspoon rubbed sage
    1/2 teaspoon thyme
    1 pinch oregano
    1 clove mashed garlic
    1 tablespoon ice water
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients and form into patties.
    Allow to rest 30 minutes in the refrigerator before use.
    Heat pan over medium-high heat, and fry patties, flipping once.
    About 7 minutes total.
