Skillet Fried Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons butter
    5 large granny smith apples, peeled and sliced
    2/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
    1 teaspoon apple pie spice
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 12 inch skillet over medium-high heat; add apples and remaining ingredients. Saute 15-20 minutes or until apples are tender.
