Meat Crust Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs extra lean ground beef
    3 -4 cups lowfat mozzarella cheese
    1 cup pizza sauce
    Canadian bacon
    pepperoni slice
    mushroom, sliced
    onion, diced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350.
    Brown ground beef. Put beef in a large bowl & mix well with 2 cups of low-fat mozzarella cheese. Spread mixture out like a pizza crust on a cookie sheet or a baking stone.
    Put 1 cup pizza sauce on the mixture. Ragu is ok.(pizza sauce, no sugar in it.) Top with 1-2 cups of low-fat shredded mozzarella. Top with canadian bacon and or low fat pepperoni slices. I usually just use the canadian bacon. Optional toppings: onions, peppers, anything legal that you like on pizza. Cook 15 minute or so (when top cheese starts to brown it is done). Put foil on rack below to catch any drippings.
