Healthy Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Cake
    8 ounces pumpkin
    1 cup Splenda granular
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    2 eggs
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
    1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    Frosting
    4 ounces fat free cream cheese
    3 tablespoons butter, softened
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 cup confectioners' sugar
Preparation
    Cake: In a mixing bowl, beat pumpkin, sugar, and applesauce.
    Add eggs, and mix well.
    In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, powder, spices and salt.
    Add these dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, and beat until well blended.
    Pour batter into a greased 8x5 inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cake tests done.
    Cool & frost.
    Frosting: Mix well until smooth.
