Wolfgang Puck'S Lentil Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 ounce) bag lentils
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    1 1/2 cups chopped onions
    1/2 chopped carrot
    5 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 celery rib
    1 bunch fresh thyme
    1 tablespoon turmeric
    2 teaspoons cumin
    10 cups low-sodium chicken stock
    2 ham hocks or 2 smoked turkey bones
    1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
Preparation
    In a dutch oven or large stock pot, saute the onion, garlic, celery and carrot in the oil. Add all ingredients to pot and cook for 25-30 minutes or until soft on medium high heat, stirring often. Garnish with greek yogurt and serve.
