Ingredients

1 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup cooked and pureed navy beans
1 cup mashed ripe banana
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1 cup chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F.
Cream together sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla.
Add beans and banana and beat until fluffy.
Add baking soda, flour and oats; blend until smooth.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
~NOTE~You may use canned navy beans, but rinse well before you puree.
~NOTE~You may substitute raisins for the chocolate chips.
