Country Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 carrots, shredded
    6 cups cabbage, shredded
    1 medium green pepper, diced
    3/4 cup mayonnaise, I typically use less than this
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    1/4 cup milk
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons sugar
    1 teaspoon celery seed
Preparation
    Cut vegetables as indicated above.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Combine and chill.
