Amish Fried Chicken Coating - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups biscuit mix, like Bisquick
    2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
    2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    3/4 cup season salt
    1 tablespoon salt
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons pepper
    1 tablespoon garlic salt
    1 tablespoon onion salt
    1 tablespoon paprika
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together. Store in a large covered jar or plastic zippered bag; attach instructions.
    Instructions: Dip chicken pieces in beaten egg, then in coating. In a large skillet, fry chicken lightly in shortening over medium-high heat until golden. Place chicken in an ungreased 13 x 9 baking pan. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour, or until juices run clear.
