Salt Water Flush - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon of organic sea salt (DO NOT USE \"table salt or else YOU WILL DIE, This is the ONE TIME you MUST NOT SUBSTITUE)
1 liter of pure water

Preparation

Mix together in a bottle and guzzle. It says it works in about 20 minutes.
