Eggplant (Aubergine) French Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium eggplant, cut into fry sized strips
    3/4 cup flour
    1 pinch salt
    1 pinch pepper
    1 dash garlic salt
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
Preparation
    Shake eggplant\"fries\" in a large ziploc bag with flour, salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
    Fry in the 1/2 cup vegetable oil.
    Drain on a paper towel.
    Broil in the oven to make crispy.
    Serve with marinara or alfredo for dipping.
