Soy And Vinegar Marinated Cornish Game Hens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 1/2 lb) baking hens, halved, backbones removed
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/2 cup cider vinegar
    1 1/2 tablespoons garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tablespoons dried oregano
    3 bay leaves
    salt, to taste
    pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Marinate the hens in the above ingredients in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to 12 hours.
    Turn hens occasionally.
    Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
    Arrange hens skin side up in a 13\" X 9\" baking pan and pour marinade over the hens.
    Bake 20-25 minutes, or until done.
    Discard bay leaves and serve with rice.
