Singhare Ke Atte Ki Barfi ( Singhara Flour Barfi) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup sugar
    3 cups water
    1 tablespoon ghee
    1 cup singhara flour
    chopped almonds
    chopped pistachios
Preparation
    Heat ghee in a non-stick pan.
    Add flour, sugar and 1 1/2 cups water.
    Mix well.
    Allow to cook for a few minutes.
    Once the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, remove from heat.
    Put into a plate.
    Let it set.
    Once cool, cut into pieces.
    Garnish with chopped nuts and serve.
