Memphis Bbq Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cups ketchup
    1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
    3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
    1 1/2 cups yellow mustard
    1 -3 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional and or or to taste)
    3 tablespoons onion powder
    3 tablespoons garlic powder
    3 tablespoons powdered pico de gallo (or chile powder)
    1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (optional and or or to taste)
    3 tablespoons black pepper
    1 1/2 teaspoons celery salt
    3 tablespoons liquid smoke
    9 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 cup of strained and de-fatted drippings (optional) or 1/2 cup marinade, from the roasting pan* (optional)
Preparation
    Add all ingredients and simmer over medium low heat for 20 minutes stirring occasionally until smooth and hot.
