Mango Garlic Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 ounces butter
    2 teaspoons garlic, minced
    2 mangoes, pureed
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    2 shallots, finely chopped
    1 tablespoon cream
Preparation
    Melt butter, add garlic and saute until tender.
    Add mango and lemon and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
    Stir in shallots and cream.
    If too thick, ass a little water.
    Store in fridge until serving time.
