Ingredients

3/4 cup butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
2 unsweetened chocolate squares, melted
3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
2 cups flour
3 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup icing sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 tablespoon milk
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients and mix well. Roll into small balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
Cream butter. Add remaining ingredients. Ice cooled cookies.
