No-Cook Butter And Parmesan Sauce Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
    3/4 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
    1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
    12 ounces pasta (rigatoni, penne rigate or linguini)
    black pepper, to taste (lots and freshly ground is best!)
Preparation
    Combine butter, Parmesan cheese and salt in pasta serving bowl.
    Set aside to warm up (use a method described above).
    Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water until al dente.
    Drain pasta and immediately add to sauce in bowl and toss.
    Serve at once and pass the peppermill.
