1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
6 ounces fat free Greek yogurt (full fat for Keto)
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise (full fat for Keto, check labels)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation

In a small bowl, mash blue cheese and yogurt together with a fork. Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar, and garlic powder until well blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Makes 1 cup.
