Rose Lassi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups fresh curds
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon rose syrup (or more if desired)
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
    1/2 cup water
    10 -12 crushed ice cubes
    10 -12 drops vanilla essence
Preparation
    Put all the ingredients in a blender.
    Blend until smooth and frothy.
    Serve chilled in tall glasses.
    Vary the flavour by substituting rose for pineapple.
    Add very finely chopped pieces of fruit, if desired.
