Banana Flax Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium bananas
    1/3 cup sugar
    6 teaspoons Xylitol sweetener
    1/4 cup flax seed meal
    2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350.
    In a stand mixer using the paddle attachment, blend bananas, sugar, Xylitol, and flax. When well blended, banana chunks are OK, add eggs one at a time until well blended. Add baking soda and flour.
    Scrape the inside of bowl to ensure that all ingredients are well mixed. Pour into baking pan (I used a 9x11 ceramic pan).
    Bake for 25 minutes.
    Frost with your favorite frosting (Mine is peanut butter!).
