Mussels In Tomato Sauce And Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 kg fresh mussels (with shells)
    200 ml tomato sauce
    200 g lemons
    100 g onions
    3 garlic cloves
    4 teaspoons olive oil
    1 teaspoon chili
    5 teaspoons fresh parsley
    1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
    salt
    1 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
    1.Stew the onion and minced garlic in olive oil,add chili,tomato sauce,lemon rind.Mix good and boil the sauce 8-10 minutes,till is thick.Put some salt and pepper.
    2.Put the shells in a big pot with boiling water,and boil some minutes.
    3.In a tray,put the mussels who opened,pour over them the sauce,shredded parmesan and minced fresh ,then,put them in the oven,at a medium fire,till the parmesan is melted.
