Summer Vegetable Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
    1 -2 garlic clove, minced
    1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
    8 ounces mushrooms, quartered
    2 zucchini, unpeeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices
    1 1/2 cups fresh corn kernels
    1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
    fresh ground black pepper, to taste
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
Preparation
    In a large skillet over medium heat; melt the butter with the oil.
    Add in the onion, garlic, bell pepper, mushrooms, and zucchini; stir/saute for 5 minutes.
    Add in the corn, salt, pepper, and basil; saute about 5 minutes or until the vegtables are tender; serve immediately.
