Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup unsweetened dried shredded coconut
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix first 4 ingredients together.
Add remaining ingredients.
Drop by tablespoon onto parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake 10 minutes; let cool several minutes before moving.
