Tangy Yogurt Vinaigrette Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tablespoon plain fat-free yogurt
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 tablespoon honey
1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pinch black pepper
Preparation

Mix together yogurt, red wine vinegar, honey, dijon mustard and black pepper in a bowl and stir.
Add olive oil and stir well.
Top with 2-3 cups of your favorite salad greens and toss.
