Orange Maple Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    1/2 cup maple syrup
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Simmer, stirring until well blended, about 5 minutes.
    Brush glaze on pork or poultry during last 5-10 minutes of grilling.
    Leftover glaze can be stored in the refrigerator.
