Navy Bean Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups cooked drained navy beans
    1/3 cup diced celery
    1/4 cup finely diced carrot
    2 tablespoons finely diced red onions
    2 tablespoons finely diced bell peppers
    1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onion
    Vinaigrette
    3 tablespoons sherry wine vinegar
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon grainy mustard
    1 teaspoon herbes de provence
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine beans and vegetables. Whisk together vinaigrette ingredients and mix into beans.
