Mexican Jicama Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 cups finely sliced jicama
Preparation

In food processor, process olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin and salt. Transfer to bowl.
Add jicama to dressing and toss until well coated. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes until softened.
