Fresh Banana Pudding Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup milk
    1/2 banana
    4 teaspoons instant vanilla pudding (I use Sugar Free, Fat Free)
    1 scoop ice cream flavored vanilla whey protein powder
    2 -3 tablespoons Banana Nut Crunch cereal (I omit)
    ice
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a blender. Enjoy!
