Grandma Kenyon'S Zuchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 cups sugar
    1 cup vegetable oil
    3 1/2 cups flour
    2 cups zucchini, grated (not peeled)
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    3/4 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup walnuts, finely ground
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350
    In large mixing bowl, beat eggs & gradually add sugar, then oil.
    Combine dry ingredients, then add to egg mixture, alternately with Zuchini.
    Add nuts & vanilla.
    Pour into 2 loaf pans & bake on lowest rack for 55 minutes or until done.
    Let stand for 10 minutes then turn to rack to cool.
